Virtual Work Experience
Virtual work experience is a valuable opportunity for young people—especially those aged 14–16—to explore different careers from home. It helps students gain insight into the world of work, develop key employability skills (like communication, time management, and problem-solving), and build confidence in a professional setting.
Even though it’s online, virtual experience allows students to interact with real employers, complete tasks related to real jobs, and discover what industries they might be interested in. It’s also a great addition to a CV or college application, showing motivation and a proactive attitude toward career planning.
