Year 6 Transition
Hello, and welcome to the Transition section of our academy website. We’re really excited for you to start with us at Trinity Academy Halifax soon! We’ll be using this section of the website to upload important information, and share useful tips with you in the time leading up to you starting with us.
“Miss Underhill is your Phase 1 Leader. That means she looks after you from the moment you get a place at Trinity right until Year 9. She also teaches English, and will pop in and out of your lessons to see how you’re getting on. Her office is on floor 1, at the end of Redgrave corridor, and you can pop in and say hello. She makes sure that everyone is making progress, and that there are lots of fun opportunities going on for you.”
Miss Underhill Phase One Leader
“Mr Robinson is the Principal. He is in charge of the school, and you’ll often see him out and about on the corridors, and often on the doors as you arrive at school.”
“Mrs Case is the Vice Principal. She teaches English, and is also often out on the corridors too. She is in charge of Teaching and Learning at Trinity, and makes sure that all your lessons are interesting and that you’re learning lots.”
“Mr Taylor is the Vice Principal. He teaches Geography, is always out on the corridors and you’ll see him at the start of your school day on the doors too. He is in charge of Behaviour at Trinity and makes sure that everything is running smoothly and that the Academy’s expectations are being followed.”
We need to ensure that we have all of the necessary information from you before your child joins us, therefore please ensure you have completed the Data Collection form if you haven't already done so.
