We value the opinions all of our staff from teachers to site team and kitchen staff to senior leaders. The annual staff survey allows us to reflect on the perceptions of staff linked to a variety of areas from workload, wellbeing, CPD and day-to-day operations.
We work collaboratively with our staff to continually review our working practices and refine these to ensure we offer the very best possible provision to all members of our school community.
