Summer School Report
Almost 200 of our new Year 7 cohort attended Summer School at Trinity Academy Halifax for the first week of the holidays in July. Students had fantastic fun taking part in a mixture of academic, creative, and sports-based lessons. The morning academic sessions were spent learning Maths, English, Science, and humanities; with afternoon activities including pizza making, tennis, yoga, Performing Arts, Music, Art, and languages.
Students also took part in structured play times with hundreds of board games played, which were given to students to take home at the end of the week.

Every student was given a book, a creative activity set and a certificate to recognise their achievements while at Summer School. Throughout the week our students were awarded over 500 prizes for their efforts and enthusiasm, including stationery, footballs and rugby balls, and lots of edible treats.
We are incredibly proud of how well the students performed throughout the week, and what they achieved. Well done all!
